What to check before ordering
This overlay package uses cement-coated XPS boards rather than EPS foil-faced panels. Specify the subfloor preparation and approved adhesive or levelling system for the intended finish; a cement coating alone does not establish suitability for every tile or covering. Confirm the board manufacturer’s complete tile build-up, adhesive specification and subfloor requirements with your installer. Do not choose an adhesive solely because the board has a cement-coated surface.
