We deliver across the UK mainland using trusted courier and pallet services.
💷 Delivery Charges
- Minimum delivery charge: £7.99+VAT
- Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and delivery method
All delivery charges are clearly displayed before checkout.
⏱️ Delivery Times
In-Stock Items
- Next-day delivery available on most in-stock items
- Orders must be placed before the daily cut-off (subject to confirmation)
Non-Stock / Special Order Items
- Delivery times will vary depending on supplier availability
- Estimated lead times will be confirmed once your order is placed
If your order contains both in-stock and non-stock items, delivery may be split or delayed to ship together.
📦 Large & Heavy Items
Items such as pipe coils, manifolds, and complete underfloor heating systems may be delivered via pallet service.
- Pallet deliveries are kerbside only
- A responsible person must be available to receive the delivery
- Suitable access for delivery vehicles is required
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking details where available.
❗ Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival.
- Any damage or shortages must be reported within 24 hours
