25mm x 50m (RED) Pre-Insulation MLC Pipe Coil

Our pre-insulated pipe incorporates a fire-resistant insulation that is manufactured according to EN 14313. The insulation foam has a fire class rating of BL-S2-DO as per BS EN13501-1. The combined assembly of the pipe, insulation, and PE-LD foil achieves a fire class rating of E according to BS EN13501-1. The range of pre-insulated pipes offers a pre-assembled solution that combines high performance insulation with ease of installation, resulting in time and cost savings.

Technical Data:

• Installation: 7mm Round extruded pipe insulation made of polyethylene foam with closed-cell material structure
• Thermal conductivity (insulation): 7=0.040 W/m*k
• Fire resistance (insolation): class E to BS EN13501-1
• Operating conditions (Cold Water): Hot water services where the water temperature does not continuously exceed 70CC, maximum design pressure of 10 bar (conditions to class 2 - BS EN ISO 21003: 2008).
• Operating conditions (Cold Water): Cold water services 20 °C - where the maximum system pressure does not exceed the maximum operating pressure of 10 bar
• Operating conditions (Heating) Heating systems (high temperature radiators) - where the water temperature does not continuously exceed 806C, 10 bar (conditions to class 5 - BS EN ISO 21003: 2008).
