Our pre-insulated pipe incorporates a fire-resistant insulation that is manufactured according to EN 14313. The insulation foam has a fire class rating of BL-S2-DO as per BS EN13501-1. The combined assembly of the pipe, insulation, and PE-LD foil achieves a fire class rating of E according to BS EN13501-1. The range of pre-insulated pipes offers a pre-assembled solution that combines high performance insulation with ease of installation, resulting in time and cost savings.

Operating conditions (Cold Water): Hot water services where the water temperature does not continuously exceed 70CC, maximum design pressure of 10 bar (conditions to class 2 - BS EN ISO 21003: 2008).
Operating conditions (Cold Water): Cold water services 20 °C - where the maximum system pressure does not exceed the maximum operating pressure of 10 bar
