Manifold (Complete):

Brenton® Underfloor Heating Manifold is made of high-quality brass nickel plated and comes complete with isolation valves, brackets and screw connectors for the correct pipe size.

The flow beam has flow meters for balancing and viewing individual circuit flow rates and an automatic air vent. The return beam has individual isolation valves to shut off loops and a pressure gauge.

Our manifolds come with:

Pipe Specification – Pert-Al-Pert pipes – 12x1.6mm:

The Brenton® 12mm Pert-Al-Pert pipe is a premium, 5-layer multi-composite pipe combining the strength of metal with the flexibility of plastic. Featuring an aluminium core sandwiched between inner and outer layers of Pert, it offers superior performance and durability for modern underfloor heating systems.
The central aluminium layer acts as an oxygen barrier, preventing oxygen ingress that could corrode system components. Its form-stable yet flexible design ensures easier handling and a safer, faster installation compared to traditional PEXa and PEXb pipes. Water Temperature Control pack:

The Brenton® Water Temperature Control Pack is designed to regulate the flow temperature of underfloor heating systems up to 200m², with a maximum heating load of 14kW. The pack includes a thermostatic mixing valve, A-rated Grundfos pump, return elbow, temperature gauge, manifold adaptors, and all required seals.

Brenton 18mm High-Density gypsum fibre board:

The Brenton® Overlay Board System is an 18mm low-profile, high-density gypsum fibre solution designed to optimise the performance of wet underfloor heating systems. With minimal impact on floor height, these grooved panels offer excellent thermal conductivity, ensuring a fast and even spread of heat across the entire floor surface.

Ideal for both new builds and refurbishment projects, the system supports a wide range of floor finishes. Hard surfaces such as ceramic tiles and timber can be laid directly onto the panels, while softer finishes like carpet or vinyl require a 6mm levelling compound or plywood overlay for a smooth and stable base.

Brenton® overlay panels must be installed on a solid, level subfloor for best results.
