Manifold (Complete):

Brenton® Underfloor Heating Manifold is made of high-quality brass nickel plated and comes complete with isolation valves, brackets and screw connectors for the correct pipe size.

The flow beam has flow meters for balancing and viewing individual circuit flow rates and an automatic air vent. The return beam has individual isolation valves to shut off loops and a pressure gauge.

Pipe Specification – Pex-Al-Pex – 16x2mm:

The Brenton® Pex-Al-Pex pipe is a high-performance, WRAS-approved solution for underfloor heating systems. Made from high-temperature resistant polyethylene (PE-RT), it features a welded aluminium core with inner and outer PE-RT layers, all permanently bonded with advanced adhesive technology. The specialised welding ensures exceptional durability and long-term reliability.

Thanks to its rigid aluminium layer, the pipe maintains its shape and requires fewer fixings—standard clips are sufficient to secure it, eliminating the need for clip rails. The 16mm size is the most popular choice across underfloor heating applications.

Water Temperature Control pack:

The Brenton® Water Temperature Control Pack is designed to regulate the flow temperature of underfloor heating systems up to 200m², with a maximum heating load of 14kW. The pack includes a thermostatic mixing valve, A-rated Grundfos pump, return elbow, temperature gauge, manifold adaptors, and all required seals.

By blending the hot primary boiler flow with cooler return water from the underfloor system, this control pack ensures the ideal flow temperature is maintained for optimal heating performance and system efficiency.

Brenton 20mm EPS400 Overlay Boards:

The Brenton® EPS400 Overlay Boards (1200mm x 600mm x 20mm) offer a simple, low-profile solution for retrofitting underfloor heating without removing existing floors. These lightweight panels can be installed directly over wood, carpet, vinyl, or tiles, making them ideal for renovation projects.

Manufactured with high-density EPS400 (400 kPa), they are fully approved by Mapei and Instarmac for tiling applications when used with recommended S2 flexible adhesives and primers. Laminate and engineered wood flooring can be laid directly on top, while tiles can be fixed using Mapei or Ultra adhesives (Ultra method requires priming of the aluminium surface). For carpet or vinyl finishes, a suitable backer board must be installed over the overlay panels.

Installation is fast and straightforward using spray contact adhesive. The maximum recommended linear loop length per 20mm panel is 100m.

Controls:

The Heatmiser Slimline Programmable Room Thermostat is a hard-wired controller designed for precise underfloor heating management. With a 7-day programming schedule, it allows you to set up to four different temperatures at different times of the day, ensuring comfort and energy efficiency throughout the week.
